Patsy Louise Heuser

Patsy Louise Heuser, 80, of Monette, Arkansas passed away at Manila Nursing Center on March 12, 2024. She was born on December 10, 1943 to Enios and Polly (Chambers) Stroud. Patsy was a Christian. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, and spending time with her family. Survivors include; one daughter: Pamala Johnson (Edwin) of Manila, Arkansas; four grandchildren: Kristi Neal West (Jim) of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Christopher Edwin Johnson of Manila, Arkansas, Bailey Jo Cates (Jacob) of Etowah, Arkansas, Cody Ann Carter of Paragould, Arkansas; seven great grandchildren: Cru, Caroline, Dayton, Sierra, Parks, Wyatt, Callie Sue; one sister: Frankie Lowerins of Etowah, Arkansas; and a host of other family and friends. She is preceded in death by; her parents; two sons: Charles “Chuck” Leon Carer II and Danny Ray Carter; one sister; and one brother. The family has requested private arrangements under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
