Demetra Ann Jeffers

Demetra Ann Jeffers, 76, of Caraway, Arkansas passed away on Friday, October 13, 2017 at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. She was born on October 13, 1941 in Hancock, Arkansas to the late Floyd and Annie Rogers Sanders. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Caraway.Survivors include; her husband of 59 years: Donald Jeffers of the home; three daughters: Donna Lucy (Murvin), Denise Eldridge, and Debbie Overman (Roger, Sr.) all of Caraway, Arkansas; one brother: Bill Sanders (Amanda) of Caraway, Arkansas; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by; one brother: Jackie Sanders.Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 16, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Caraway, Arkansas with Bro. Rick Stevens officiating. Burial will follow at the Caraway Cemetery under the direction of Faith Funeral Service. The family will receive visitors on Monday at the church from 1:00 p.m. until service time. Pallbearers: Stan Sanders, Morgan Brewer, Braden Overman, Jeff Martin, Roger Overman, Jr., and Shannon Adcock. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations to the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House or the Dementia Foundation.
