Shannon Richard Shepherd

Mr. Shannon Richard Shepherd, 38, of Kennett, Missouri, died on October 20, 2015 at Twin Rivers Hospital. Mr. Shepherd was born on October 24, 1976 in Charlotte, North Carolina to Norman Richard and Ramona Jan Johnson Shepherd. Mr. Shepherd enjoyed reading, writing, and was a cat lover. Survivors include; his father: Norman Shepherd of Charlotte, North Carolina; his mother: Ramona Kidwell and husband Ken of the home; one brother: David Shepherd of Charlotte, North Carolina; one sister: Sandra Saari of Charlotte, North Carolina; and a host of other family and friends. Mr. Shepherd was preceded in death by; his grandfather: Norman Swann; two grandmothers: Minnie Keown and Valda Swann. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at 12:00 noon at 406 Butler Drive, Kennett, Missouri.

    SHANNON WAS ONE OF THE CLOSEST AND TRUEST FRIEND I EVER HAD .I APOLOGIZE MY FRIEND FOR NOT KNOWING & NOT BEING THERE AT YOUR SIDE ,BUT HOPE YOU STILL WALK W/ME EVERYDAY . SHANNON WAS MORE A STAR WARS PERSON , THAN A TREK PERSON .I KNOW HE WOULD STILL APPRECIATE IT WHEN I SAY " OF MY FRIEND I SAY THIS OF ALL THE SOULS I HAVE ENCOUNTERED IN ALL MY TRAVELS. May God give you strength and wisdom and most of all comfort. May you know that you will someday see Shannon again in a better place with streets lined of gold and no more pain, no more suffering.
