Jo Ann Reese

Mrs. Jo Ann Reese, age 72 of Jonesboro, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro. Born September 17, 1940 in Sherman, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Mary Curtis White. Mrs. Reese was a member of the Grace Missionary Baptist Church in Jonesboro, Arkansas and enjoyed crafts and cooking. She is survived by two daughters: Mary Jane Loines and husband David of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Tootsie Crouch and husband Kerry of Strawberry, Arkansas; two brothers: Walter L. White and wife Mary of Riverside, California and Harold G. White and wife Gleda of Alma, Arkansas. She also leaves eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She also leaves several nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband J.R. “Mutt” Crow. Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 12, 2013 at 2:00 pm at the First Missionary Baptist Church, Cave City, Arkansas with Bro. Adrian Parker officiating. Interment will follow at Ball Cemetery under the direction of Faith Funeral Service. The family will receive visitors on Monday at the church from 12:00 pm until service time.
