Steven Michael Lane

Mr. Steven Michael Lane, age 62 of Jonesboro, Arkansas, passed away on November 1, 2016 at his home. Born October 3, 1954 in Missouri, he was the son of the late Wandell and Audine Bearden Lane and was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Lane was a jeweler, an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing and looking for Indian artifacts.He is survived by his wife: Meribeth Burks Lane of the home; two daughters: Angela Price and husband Eric of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Krystal Neal and husband Adam of Jonesboro, Arkansas; one son: Dennis Thompson and wife Shauna of Jonesboro, Arkansas; one sister: Susan Lane of Jonesboro, Arkansas; six grandchildren: Felicity Price, Savannah Price, Drew Price, Lilly Neal, Triton Neal and Autumn Thompson; and a host of other family and friends.In addition to his parents, he was preceded by a brother: Jimmy Metz.The family has requested a private service and disposition under the direction of Faith Funeral Service of Manila, Arkansas.
