Douglas Aird

Mr. Douglas Neilson Aird, age 37, of Brookland, Arkansas, passed away on November 15, 2016 at NEA Hospital in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Born May 27, 1979 in Denver, Colorado to Neil Aird and Carolyn Silk. He was a huge fan of Ole Miss football, Grizzly Basketball, and WWE wrestling. He loved music, being outdoors, and spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife Chaya Aird of the home; three daughters: Kelsey, Lilly, and Jasmine Aird all of the home; his parents: Neil Aird and Edna of Memphis , Tennessee; and Carolyn Silk of Bonnerdale, Arkansas; three brothers: Dustin Aird and wife Stephanie of Proctor, Arkansas; Michael Alley of Memphis, Tennessee; and James Michael Silk of Memphis, Tennssee; two sisters: Michele DeHaven of Bartlett, Tennessee; and Meoldy McCuller of Memphis, Tennessee. Mr. Aird also leaves a host of other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his step father: James Silk. Memorial services will be Saturday, November 19, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Craighead Park in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Faith Funeral Service of Manila, Arkansas in charge of arrangements.
