Leroy “Hippie” Clay Lansdell

Leroy (Hippie) Clay Lansdell, 60, passed away at his home in Marmaduke, Arkansas Friday, May 11, 2018. He was born June 3, 1957 in Trumann, Arkansas to Vaughn and Laura Headley Lansdell. He loved to ride motorcycles, loved pretty women, watching westerns, eating catfish and aggravating his grandkids.Survivors include; his wife: Lois; one daughter: Kerri Foster (Steve) of Paragould, Arkansas; one son: Kenneth Lansdell (Sarah) USMC stationed in Honolulu, Hawaii; grandchildren: Taylor Dowdy, Brandon Foster, Madison Dowdy, Aidan Dowdy, Briar Lansdell; three sisters: Susan Defries of Marmaduke, Arkansas, Alice Byram of Ash Flat, Arkansas, Barbara Campbell of Burnsville, Mississippi; two brothers: James Lansdell of Bay, Arkansas, Jimmy Joe Lansdell of Trumann, Arkansas. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sisters: Cathy Waters and Debra Woodard; two brothers: Vaughn William Lansdell II, and Kenneth Lansdell. The family has requested a private disposition under the direction of Faith Funeral Service, Manila, Arkansas.
