Barbara Owen Feeser

Barbara Owen Feeser, 75, of Jonesboro, Arkansas went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, May 19, 2018. She was born on February 28, 1943 in Crosby, North Dakota to the late Arnold and Agnes Bardal. She moved to Arkansas in 1963 and retired from Union Planters Bank in 1999. She was the wife of Carroll Feeser for twenty-one happy years together. She was an active member of Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church. She volunteered at Helping Neighbors Food Pantry, cofounder of Gluten Intolerance Support Group, and a long-time member of the Al-Anon family.Survivors include; her husband: Carroll Feeser of the home; Children: Lisa (Shannon) Kaffka of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Jeff (Shannon) Owen of Dothan, Alabama, Jennifer (Steven) Rawls of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Carol (Dennis) Sawyer of Monticello, Arkansas, and Beth (Doug) Lagdon of Warren, Arkansas; grandchildren: Logan Owen, Emily Owen, Katie Fennell, and Nicole Sawyer; great-grandchildren: Kaleb Hewitt, Ava Hargis, and Kyra Hargis; and a host of other family and friends.She will be remembered for her warm smile, kind words, and loving heart.Memorial services will be held Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church. Visitation will family following the service. Burial will be in Lacey, Arkansas.In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to Alzheimer’s Association.
