Herbert Smith

Mr. Herbert W. Smith, 73, of Bay Arkansas passed away on Saturday, August 31, 2013.at his home. Mr. Smith was born on August 30, 1940 in Winesboro, Arkansas to Wesley Edward Smith and Ava Ilene Easter Smith. He was of the Pentecostal faith, an Elder and Sunday School director at Alsup Pentecost Church in Bay Arkansas. He was a farmer and a welder. He enjoyed working on lawnmowers, spending time with his family and friends.Survivors include: his wife, Helen, of the home. One daughter: Marie Bittle and husband Tobey of Truman, Arkansas. One granddaughter: Farrah Bishop and husband Mark of Truman, Arkansas. One grandson: Thomas Bittle of Truman, Arkansas.One brother: Richard Smith of Harrisburg, Arkansas.Memorial Services will be Monday, September 2, 2013 at 4:00 pm at Alsup Pentecost Church in Bay Arkansas.
