Billie Fern Kimbrough, 70, passed away at her home in Cardwell, Missouri, Monday, May 22, 2017. Billie was known for being a beautiful woman and an amazing cook. Her homemade bread was the best. She is survived by her husband: Charlie E. Smith of the home; one daughter: Tracy Roberts and husband Jason of Cabot, Arkansas; two sons: Robert Adam Lipper and wife Pam of West Plains, Missouri; and Charles Scott Lipper of Cardwell, Missouri; three grandchildren; one aunt: Shirley Bateman of Paragould, Arkansas; two cousins: Kim Bass of Cardwell, Missouri; and Kevin Bateman of St. Louis, Missouri; and a host of other family and friends.She is preceded in death by her father: Weldon Kimbrough; her mother: Edith McGrew-Odom; stepfather: Charles Odom; and stepson: Kendrick McKinney. The family has requested private services under the direction of Faith Funeral Service, Manila, Arkansas.
