Ruth Ola Lawrence

Mrs. Ruth Ola Lawrence, 100, of Senath, Missouri passed away on Monday, September 02, 2013 at St. Bernard’s Medical Center, Jonesboro, Arkansas. Mrs. Lawrence was born on May 19, 1913 in Cushman, Arkansas to the late Joe Cal and Malinda Clark Coleman. She attended services at House of Prayer and she enjoyed being at church and spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include; three sons: Bud K. Love of Paragould, Arkansas, Wayne C. Lawrence of St. Francis, Arkansas, and Dewey G. Lawrence of Lilbourn, Missouri; three daughters: Cynthia Simmons of Portageville, Missouri, Corena J. King of Paragould, Arkansas and Lorena J. Skelton of Paragould, Arkansas; one brother: Hayden Coleman of Rockford, Illinois; twenty grandchildren; forty-six great-grandchildren; thirteen great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. Mrs. Lawrence was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Benjamin Cleo Lawrence; one son: Benjamin C. Lawrence, Jr.; five brothers: Erie Coleman, Jess Coleman, Lonnie Coleman, Hubert Coleman, and Harden Coleman; two sisters: Vada Hoglund and Elsie Jones. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 5, 2013 at 11:00 am at the House of Prayer, Paragould, Arkansas with Bro. David King and Sis. Shirley Gibson officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Garden Cemetery, Kennett, Missouri at 1:30 pm under the direction of Faith Funeral Service. The family will receive visitors on Thursday at the church from 9:30 am until service time.
