Charles E. Barrett

Mr. Charles Eugene Barrett, 87, of Leachville, Arkansas passed away on May 8, 2016 at his home. He was born on April 2, 1929 in Cardwell, Missouri to the late W. T. and Alma Greer Barrett. He enjoyed farming, yard work, and flowers. Survivors include: his wife of 69 years: Wilma Barrett of the home; one daughter: Terri Poe (Roger) of Monette, Arkansas; two sisters: Nelva Jean Sharp (Marshall) of Memphis, Tennessee and Louise Miller of Paragould, Arkansas; one granddaughter:... Denell Steele (John) of Paragould, Arkansas; two great-grandsons: Zachary and Zander Poe of Paragould, Arkansas; and a host of other family and friends. Mr. Barrett was preceded in death by; his parents: one son: Steven Eugene Barrett; one granddaughter: Trisha Michelle Barrett; two brothers: Ernest and Marlin Barrett. Memorial services will be Saturday, June 25, 2016 at 2:00pm at the Cardwell Cemetery, Cardwell, Missouri with Bro. Larry Russell officiating.
