David Lawrence

David Wayne Lawrence, 64, of Brookland, Arkansas passed away on April 8, 2018 at Baptist Memorial East Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. He was born on September 17, 1953 in Illinois to Ernest and Erma Johnson Lawrence. He served his country in the United States Marines and Navy, he always said "Once a Marine always a Marine" Semper Fi. He loved animals, reading, fishing and gaming, he had plenty of friends and would make an appearance to keep friendships, but he was basically a loner. Survivors include; one son: Jason Lawrence of Brookland, Arkansas; one daughter: Jennifer Wineland of Jonesboro, Arkansas; two uncles: John Lawrence of Paragould, Arkansas, Delmer Passmore; grandchildren: Sierra, Kaylee, Hollie, Keegan, Noah Grant, Juliet Mikah; one great-granddaughter: Abby Gwen; ex-wife: Teresa Robinson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by; two brothers: Charles and Ivan Lawrence.The family has requested a private disposition under the direction of Faith Funeral Service. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Brookland United Methodist Church, West Matthews, Brookland, Arkansas from 1-4 p.m.
