Rosa Lee Barrett Richey

Mrs. Rosa Lee Richey, age 74 of Trumann, Arkansas, passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at the Advanced Care Hospital of White County in Searcy, Arkansas. Born August 3, 1941 in Bunny, Arkansas, she was the daughter of the late Clarence Dail and Margaret Hutchison Barrett and was a member of the Refuge General Baptist Church in Lake City, Arkansas. Mrs. Richey enjoyed sewing, crocheting, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.She is survived by one son: Lynn Richey and wife Cheryl of Trumann, Arkansas; three daughters: Donna O’Neal and husband Mike of Lake City, Arkansas, Mylinda Miller and husband Jody of Marked Tree, Arkansas and Caslie Cansler of Harrisburg, Arkansas; two brothers: Ronnie Sammons of Trumann, Arkansas and Danny Pratter of Noblesville, Indiana; five sisters: Mary Jane White and husband Owen of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Jackie Ruth Gray and husband David of Lake City, Arkansas, Katie McGowen and husband Clint of Bono, Arkansas, Darlene Rodger of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Shirley Jean Barrett Linville Wood of Noblesville, Indiana. Mrs. Richey also leaves sixteen grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Margaret and Jack Sammons and Clarence and Velma Barrett, her husband of 55 years: Mr. Dallas Richey; five brothers: Donny Sammons, Bobby Sammons, Billie Dale Barrett, Richard Eugene Barrett and Russell Pratter. Funeral services will be Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 1:00pm at the Refuge General Baptist Church in Lake City, Arkansas with Bro. Shane West and Bro Ty Koones officiating. Burial will follow in the Pine Log Cemetery in Brookland, Arkansas under the direction of Faith Funeral Service of Manila, Arkansas. The family will receive visitors on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 11:00am until service time at the church. Pallbearers will be Joseph Dodd, Clarence Easter, Dallas Richey, Ryan Miller, Eric Norman and Robbie Deason.
