Lois F White

Lois F. White, 92, of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed away on Friday, June 2, 2017 at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. She was born on May 21, 1925 in Cherry Valley, Arkansas to the late Walter and Maggie Dye Flentje. She was a member of the Church of Christ, owned and operated the Starlite Restaurant in Wynne, Arkansas, and enjoyed gardening and raising children.Survivors include; three daughters: Jeanette White of Cherry Valley, Arkansas, Peggy Frank of Cherry Valley, Arkansas, and Carolyn Allen (Lance) of Jonesboro, Arkansas; nine grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-children; and a host of other family and friends.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by; two brothers: Charles Flentje and J. W. Jordan; three sisters: Maxine Baker, Wilma Durham, and Virginia Flentje.The family request private graveside services at Misner Cemetery in Cherry Valley, Arkansas under the direction of Faith Funeral Service. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
