Wanda Mae Martin

Wanda Mae Martin, 76, of Monette, Arkansas, passed away on June 1, 2017 at her home. She was born in Monette, Arkansas on February 25, 1941 to the late Claud and Bessie Brown Sharp. She was a member of Souls Harbor Trinity Church and enjoyed cooking, baking, collecting salt and pepper shakers, traveling, and yard sales. Survivors include; her husband: Eugene Martin of Monette, Arkansas;one son: Kenneth Worthey of Monette, Arkansas; one daughter: Connie Worthey ofJoplin, Missouri; two brothers: Dallas Wasson of Monette, Arkansas and DarrellSharp of Jonesboro, Arkansas; three sisters: Juanita Kerr of Monette, Arkansas,Doris May of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, and Ruby Kogler of Troy, Michigan; threegrandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. She was preceded in death by; her parents: Claud and BessieSharp; and one brother: Lloyd Wasson. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 2:00 pm at the Souls Harbor Trinity Church, Manila, Arkansas with Bro. David Fair and Bro. Jerry Reed officiating. Burial will follow at Macey Cemetery under the direction of Faith Funeral Service. The family will receive visitors at the church on Saturday from 12:30 p.m until service time.
