Roger Dale Poe

Roger Dale Poe, 67, of Monette, Arkansas passed away on June 11, 2017 at NEA Baptist Hospital. He was born on June 12, 1949 in Leachville, Arkansas to Lee Roy and Helen Austin Poe. He was a life time member of Rowes Chapel Baptist Church, loved watching westerns “dodging bullets”, a cowboy at heart, collected guns, enjoyed fishing, and loved the outdoors. Survivors include; his wife: Terri Poe of the home; his mother: Helen Poe of Monette; one daughter: Denell Poe of Paragould; two grandchildren: Zachary and Zander Poe both of Paragould; one sister: Jane Goodman (Bob) of Monette; mother-in-law: Wilma Barrett; two God children: Keryn Farrar and Kassie Garland; and a host of other family and friends.A special thanks to his dialysis family. He was preceded in death by his father: Lee Roy Poe.A celebration of his life will be held at Rowes Chapel Baptist Church in Caraway, Arkansas on Thursday June 15, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Glen Hoselton officiating under the direction of Faith Funeral Service, Manila, Arkansas.
