Bill Kelley

Bill Kelley, 76, of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed away on June 18, 2017 at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. He was born on July 7, 1940 in Jonesboro, to the late Arvil and Lucille Kelley. Survivors include; four sons: Burt, John, Roy, and Ira Kelley; three brothers: Arvil, Larry, and Oscar Kelley; four sisters: Joyce Kelley Presgrove, Joann Hickey, Cassandra Kelley Massey, and Freda Henson; and five grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers: Charles, Ray, and Noland Kelley; and three sisters: Etta Bruner, Mary Kelley, and Sarah Brown.The family has requested private disposition under the direction of Faith Funeral Service, Manila, Arkansas.
