Darryll Wayne Cox

Darryl Wayne Cox, 56, of, Paragould, Arkansas, passed away June 14, 2016 at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Born October 14, 1959 in Little Rock, Arkansas, he was the son of Howard Douglas and Mary Roberts Cox and was of the Pentecostal faith. He enjoyed walking and fishing. He is survived by his mother: Mary Breeden (James) of Paragould, Arkansas; ex-wife: Joyce Cox of Paragould, Arkansas; one son: Arther Ruben Pruitt of Paragould, Arkansas; seven brothers: William Cox of Paragould, Arkansas, David Cox of Paragould, Arkansas, Michael Cox of Marianna, Arkansas, John Dale Breeden of Oklahoma, Jessie Breeden of Oklahoma, Donald Breeden of Pennsylvania, Alford Breeden of Shirley, Arkansas; nine sisters: Sharon Thrasher of Missouri, Linda Hill of Black Oak, Arkansas, Louise Nail of Black Oak, Arkansas, Ann McKaskle (Jerry) of Manila, Arkansas, Melissa Pannells of Mississippi, Kay Johnson of Texas, Judy Franks of California, Pat Breeden of California and Bobbie Breeden of Oklahoma. Mr. Cox also leaves a host of other family and friends. Mr. Cox was preceded in death by his father: Mr. Howard Cox and two brothers: Donald Cox and James Allen Cox.Memorial services will be Saturday, June 18, 2016 at 2:00pm at the Lighthouse Apostolic Church off highway 49 in Paragould, Arkansas with Pastor Jason Adams officiating. The family has asked for private disposition under the direction of Faith Funeral Service of Manila, Arkansas.
