Cecil Cooper

Mr. Cecil Wayne Cooper, 74, of Osceola, Arkansas, passed away June 27, 2016 at the Osceola Hospital. Born May 11, 1942 in Caraway, Arkansas, he was the son of the late Cecil Troy and Snodie Smith Cooper. He is survived by one sister: Mary Cole of Osceola, Arkansas. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son: Gary Cooper. The family has requested a private disposition under the direction of Faith Funeral Service of Manila, Arkansas.
