Roy Jackson Millay

Mr. Roy Jackson Millay, 75, of Paragould, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at his home in Paragould, Arkansas. He was born in Egypt, Arkansas, June 4, 1941 to Frank and Ruthie Veneil Owen Millay. Mr. Millay was of the Baptist faith, he worked in construction as a roofer and in his spare time he enjoyed fishing and sports. Mr. Millay is survived by three sons: Jack Millay of Ringgold, Virginia; Marty Millay of Jasper, Alabama and John Millay of Houston, Texas; one daughter: Shawn Millay of Houston, Texas; three brothers: Charles Millay of Wolverine, Michigan; Mark Millay of Canadian Lakes, Michigan and Johnny Millay of Beech Grove, Arkansas; four sisters: Virginia Smith of Paragould, Arkansas; Frankie Evers of Mt. Home, Arkansas; Margaret McMullen of Flint, Michigan and Janet Foutch of North Little Rock, Arkansas; eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. Mr. Millay was preceded in death by his parents: Frank and Ruthie Millay. The family has requested a private disposition under the direction of Faith Funeral Service, Manila, Arkansas.
