Cecil Wayne French

Cecil Wayne French, 76, of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed away on July 7, 2018 at NEA Baptist Hospital. He was born on November 17, 1941 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to the late Cecil Elmer and Eva Lucille Clemmer French. He was a member of the Apostolic Lighthouse Church and a lifelong learner.Survivors include; his wife: Melva French of the home; one son: Gregory Wayne French of Port Aransas, Texas; one brother: David French (Dianna) of Monroe, Georgia; one sister: Delores Brown (Dennis) of Collinsville, Illinois; and a host of other family and friends.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by; one sister: Peggy Lockwood.Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 12:00 noon at the Apostolic Lighthouse Church in Paragould, Arkansas with Rev. Jason Adams officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Log Cemetery in Brookland, Arkansas under the direction of Faith Funeral Service. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Pallbearers: Robert Wagner, Robert March, Philip Heckman, Brad Ivy, Bob Carroll, and Jeffrey Carroll

    Wayne was a fine man! I worked with him for several years at Lincoln. When I would see him about Jonesboro we would visit and catch up on what was happening in our life's. He would always ask about my boys and he would tell me where he was working. I will truly miss those conversation. I will pray for he's family!
