Deborah Kaye Carter (Debra Lancaster), 62, of Manila, Arkansas passed away at her home on Thursday, April 26, 2018. She was born on February 22, 1956 in Osceola, Arkansas to Gene Carter and Sue Boyd (Carter) Hubble. She enjoyed sewing, reading, playing on the computer and camping.Survivors include; two brothers: Kenneth Carter (Cathy) of Dyess, Arkansas, Tommy Carter (Betty) of Bondsville, Arkansas; one sister: Kathrine May (Gordon) of Etowah, Arkansas; three daughters: Leslie Browning (Larry) of Manila, Arkansas, Mary Sipes of Manila, Arkansas, Katie Lancaster of Manila, Arkansas; Three sons: John Sipes of Half Moon, Arkansas, JR Lancaster (Amy) of Manila, Arkansas, Anthony Lancaster (Amber) of Lake City, Arkansas; eight grandchildren: Skyllar Carter Brister, Weston Lancaster, Austin Lancaster, Alyssa Lancaster, Keith Sipes, Alizabeth Lancaster, Kahgan Lancaster, Brianna Carpenter, Amy Browning, Jeremy Browning and a host of other family and friends.In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her step-father: Harvey Hubble; her step-mother: Lucy Wilbanks; one sister: Carolyn Wilson; one grandson: Brian Keith Borden, JR.The family request private disposition under the direction of Faith Funeral Service, Manila, Arkansas.
