Sarah Elizabeth Long

Sarah Elizabeth Long 57, of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed away on June 30, 2017 at St. Bernards Medical Center. She was born on March 30, 1960 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the Dale W. and Mary Helen Cone- Collins. She enjoyed taking care of her mother and spending time with her grandchildren.Survivors include; her mother Mary Helen Collins of Jonesboro, Arkansas; two daughters: Jennifer Long (Matthew Thompson) and Andrea Long; one brother: John Collins; 5 grandchildren: Dezmon, Kierra, J’Mauri, Tyson, and Mattison all of Jonesboro. She was preceded in death by: her father Dale Collins. A graveside service will be held on July 10, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the Oak Lawn Cemetery in Jonesboro, Arkansas with pastor Bill Barber officiating. Faith Funeral Service is in charge of the arrangements.

    I ?? you mom & we all miss u so much!! We finally did it mom.. ME & SIS! We are better now, and are great mothers to our children. We told u we would do it! I kno u are up there livin ur best life. That makes me so happy. The day u left this world God made sure we knew where u had went.. Until we meet again..R.I.L.

    I am so sorry to learn that Beth has passed away. I had visited with her several times at the hospital, the nursing home, and again at the hospital. She knew I visited her mom at St Elizabeth's regularly and was always anxious to know how she was doing. I worked with Mary at Craighead Electric for many years. I will be praying that God will grant peace and comfort to your family.
