David Gene Woods

Mr. David Gene Woods, 73 of Arbyrd, Missouri passed away Saturday, July 8, 2017 at NHC Healthcare in Kennett, Missouri. He was born April 6, 1944 in Gideon, Missouri to the late J.T. and Cardelia Smith Woods. He enjoyed going to the race tracks, visiting with his family, grandchildren and friends.Survivors include his wife: Doris, of the home; five children: Jean Woods; Kevin Woods; Chris Woods; Billie Gene Woods all of St. Louis, Missouri; Alicia Woods of Arbyrd, Missouri; two step-children: Michelle Leonard of Arbyrd, Missouri, and Tonya Aldridge of Paragould, Arkansas; seven brothers: Jim; Ronnie; Bob; Mark; Bill; Jerry; Mike Woods; five sisters: Reba Woods; Carolyn Hudson; Patty Hobbs; Renee Miller; Brenda Woods; twelve grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.Other than his parents; he was preceded by one daughter: Angie Woods; two brothers: Dale and Larry Woods.The family has requested a private disposition with Faith Funeral Service Manila, Arkansas in charge of arrangements.
