Carmen Pickle

Carmen Pickle,76, of Weiner, Arkansas passed away on Friday, July 14, 2017 at St. Bernards Medical Center. She was born on January 8, 1941 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to the late Meredith and Jewel Hall. She was a member of the Otwell Christian Church and enjoyed art painting, painting murals, Razorback basketball games, sports, arts and craft, and spending time with grandchildren.Survivors include; her husband of 58 years: Leonard Pickle of the home; one son: Franklin Hall Pickle of Weiner, Arkansas; one daughter: Amy Newberry of Weiner, Arkansas; three sisters: Ellen Snyder of Hamilton, Missouri, Sharon Edwards(Glen) of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and Holly Swihart (Leon) of Leachville, Arkansas; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by; one brother: Dean Hall.Funeral services and life celebration will be held on Monday, July 17, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. at Otwell Christian Church with Bro. Jim Roberts officiating. Interment will follow at McDaniel Cemetery under the direction of Faith Funeral Service. The family will receive visitors on Monday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until service time. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested a donation to be made to the Otwell Christian Church, Weiner Fire Department or the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House.
