Mary Elaine Varnell

Mary Elaine Varnell, 81, of Kennett, Missouri passed away on Friday, July 1, 2016 at Twin Rivers Medical Center. She was born on June 25, 1935 in North Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Daniel and Ada Clements Vaughn. She was of the Pentecostal Faith, enjoyed reading the Bible, working work puzzles, sewing, and spending time with family.Survivors include; four sons: Frank Varnell, Jr. of Steele, MO, Billy Ray Varnell(Rickie) of Blytheville, AR, Robin Leon Varnell of Kennett, MO and Eddie Allen Varnell of Forest City, AR; two daughters: Betty Wilson of Senath, MO and Kimmerlee Patton of Kennett, MO; one brother: Dan Vaught of Beebe, AR; two sisters: Donnie Cosby and Lois Cosby both of Haleyville, AL; seventeen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.She was preceded in death by; her parents; her husband: Frank Varnell, Sr.; five brothers; and four sisters.Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the Senath Full Gospel Church with Bro. Brent Pierce officiating. Interment will follow at the Senath Cemetery under the direction of Faith Funeral Service. The family will receive visitors at the church on Tuesday from 12:00 pm until service time. Pallbearers: Junior Jaco, Jacob Jaco, Ronnie Bradley, Jason Jaco, Shaine Troy, and Ryan Wilson. Honorary pallbearers: Drake Mitchell and Christian Bradley.

    I will always love you Aunt Elaine we have shared the same birthday for the last 45 years and my birthday will be a little more lonely now. You are in a much better place and are in the arms of Jesus. Thank you Aunt Elaine for always being such a wonderful person. I Love you more than I can express with words.     You were loved deeply an missed as much.I still have fond memories has a child of grandma n my favorite one has an adult when she was taking care of the Ostriches lol. I will miss grandma's chocolate gravy n bisquits. I love ya grandma.
