Wilma Nell Chadwick Shepard

Mrs. Wilma Nell Chadwick Shepard, age 61 of Lake City, Arkansas, passed away July 25, 2013 at the Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould, Arkansas. Born November 30, 1951 in Monette, Arkansas she was the daughter of the late Lee and Lola Henderson Chadwick and was a longtime area resident. Mrs. Shepard was of the Church of God faith and enjoyed facebook and reading. She is survived by two daughters: Jodie Ray of Paragould, Arkansas and Trina Honeycutt of Trumann, Arkansas; three brothers: Harold Chadwick and wife Selma of Bono, Arkansas, Phillip Chadwick and wife Sharon of Little Rock, Arkansas and Jeffery Chadwick of Jonesboro, Arkansas; three sisters: Joyce Robins and husband Jerry of Lake City, Arkansas, Linda Canamore and husband Melvin of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Phyllis Pemberton and husband Robert of Bono, Arkansas; sister-in-law: Evelyn Chadwick of Jonesboro, Arkansas; eleven grandchildren; one great-grandchild and a host of other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter: Tammy Dell; her twin brother: Larry Chadwick and her infant sister Patricia Chadwick. Funeral services will be Monday July 29, 2012 at 2:00pm at the Lake City Church of God with Pastor Billy Andrews officiating. The family will receive visitors from 12:00pm until the time of service at the church. Burial will follow in the Pine Log Cemetery in Brookland with Faith Funeral Service of Manila, Arkansas in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Nance, Chris Sorrows, Dennis Sorrows, Josh Leach, David Chadwick and James Chadwick.
