David Oran Angel

David Oran Angel, 75, of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed away January 4, 2019 at his home. He was born November 6, 1943 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to Ethron and Lillie Farmer Angel. He was a member of Central Community Church, retired flooring installer, and spent most of his life in the Jonesboro and Central Communities. He enjoyed gardening, hunting and fishing. He was an avid outdoorsman.Survivors include; his spouse: Ailene Chamblis Angel; one daughter: Tammy Osment Merrywell (Wayne) of Harrisburg, Arkansas; one sister: Betty Jo Janes of Fraiser, Tennessee; one brother: Bruce Angel (Deborah) of Jonesboro, Arkansas: seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by; one son: Marcus Todd Angel; and brother-in-law: Roland James.Funeral services will be Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Central Community Church in Harrisburg, Arkansas with Bro. Allen Elkins officiating, burial will follow in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery in Jonesboro, Arkansas under the direction of Faith Funeral Service of Manila, Arkansas. The family will receive visitors at the church on Friday, January 11, 2019 from 6-8 p.m. Pallbearers: Alexandre Montminy, Brandan Montminy, Jonathan Merrywell, Greg Janes, Bryan Benson, Bradley Benson.
