Henry Monroe Bolick

Henry Monroe Bolick, 92, of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas passed away on January 21, 2018 at Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Walnut Ridge. He was born on November 28, 1925 in Randolph County, Manson Community, Arkansas to William Lawrence and Mary Elizabeth Brown Bolick. He was a life long area resident, member of the Main Street Church of Christ, former employee of B.B. Vance Construction, Greenway Equipment and farmed. He enjoyed gardening, puzzles, bird watching, spending time with grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include; his wife of seventy-one and one-half years: Thelma Mazine Brown Bolick of the home; three sons: Steve Bolick (Joyce) of Bono, Arkansas, Tim Bolick (Peggy) of Port Orange, Florida; Jim Bolick (Brenda) of Jonesboro, Arkansas; four daughters: Vonda Garland of Powhatten, Arkansas, Linda Kincaid (Doug) of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, Deborah Fry (Freddie) of Bono, Arkansas; Donna Humes of Powhatten, Arkansas; fourteen grandchildren; many great grandchildren; nieces; nephews; one brother: James Bolick of Lafe, Arkansas; two sisters: Frances Marcrander of Seattle, Washington; Jennylea Huggins of Paragould, Arkansas; and a host of other family and friends.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by; one brother: Amos Bolick; three sisters: Emmaline Eason; Beatrice Riggs; Lavina Holland; two daughters: Letha and Ruth Bolick; and one son: Kenneth Bolick. Funeral services will be Thursday, January 25, 2018 at 1:00 p. m. at Main Street Church of Christ in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas with Rob Combs officiating. Interment will follow at Austin Cemetery, Walnut Ridge, Arkansas under the direction of Faith Funeral Service, Manila, Arkansas. The family will receive visitors at the church from 11:30 am. until service time. Pallbearers: Thomas Fry, Lee Fry, Brandon Chamberlain, Jason Aaron, Cass Raupp, Joe Bolick and Michael Faber.
