Dale Butler

Gary Dale Butler, Jr., 43, of Kennett, Missouri passed away on January 24, 2018 at his home. He was born on January 1, 1975 in Hayti, Missouri. He was such a fun person and was loved by so many. He enjoyed grilling on the weekends with his family and friends, going floating at Current River, and camping. He was a huge fan of St. Louis Cardinal baseball and New England Patriots football. He has missed the love of his life Teresa Butler since the day she went missing.Survivors include; three sons: Austin Butler of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Gavin Butler of Kennett, Missouri, and Garhett Butler of Kennett, Missouri; one daughter: Lily Berry of Caruthersville, Missouri; his father: Gary Butler and wife Mary of Bragg City, Missouri; his mother: Darlene Smart and husband Keith of Hayti, Missouri; two brothers: Chris Young and wife Melissa of Bragg City, Missouri; and Timmy Young and wife Madison of Manila, Arkansas; two sisters: Ginger Atchison and husband Jim of Rives, Missouri; and Vanessa Darnell and husband Jeremy of Caruthersville, Missouri; grandmother: Lois Floyd of Bragg City, Missouri; five nephews: Joe Whitfield, Kyle Young, Logan Young, Jackson Bailey, and Robert Darnell; four nieces: Hayley Butler, Addy Whitfield, Emily Young and Tatum Young; his special friend: Jennifer Robinson of Kennett, Missouri; many uncles and aunts as well as a host of other family and friends.He was preceded in death by; his stepmother: Barbara Butler; his grandfather: Herbert Floyd; and aunt: Carla Dye. Funeral services will be Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 1:00 p. m. at the Wardell Baptist Church in Wardell, Missouri with Bro. Griff Walker officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett, Missouri under the direction of Faith Funeral Service, Manila, Arkansas. The family will receive visitors at the church from 11:00 am. until the start of service time. Pallbearers: Luke Boggs, Derrick Dye, Jeremy Darnell, Jim Atchison, Danny Sisson, Randy Johnson, Chase Mosbey, and Scott Mosbey.
