Jessica Partain

Jessica Maureen Partain, 60, of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed away on Friday, January 23, 2015 at Methodist University Hospital, Memphis, Tennessee. Ms. Partain was born on November 9, 1954 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Franklin and Willie Pearl Coots Thomas. Ms. Partain was of the Pentecostal Faith, loved singing, her grandchildren and spending time with family and friends. Survivors include: one son: Lavaune Smart of Jonesboro, Arkansas; two daughters: Christy Lamb and husband Troy and Althea Barnes and husband Donald both of Paragould, Arkansas; three brothers: David Thomas, Gary Thomas, and Donnie Thomas all of Jonesboro, Arkansas; four sisters: Brenda McGinnis of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Debbie Findley of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Rebecca Gatewood of Jonesboro, Arkansas, and Tammy Findley of Kansas; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends. In addition to her parents, Ms. Partain, was preceded in death by two grandsons. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Linwood Cemetery, Paragould with Pastor Rebecca LaPiro officiating under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
