Jimmy Roger Varnell

Jimmy Roger Varnell, age 57 of Kennett, Missouri, passed away January 26, 2015 at the Twin Rivers Medical Center in Kennett. Born February 8, 1957 in Kennett, he was the son of Frank and Mary Vaughan Varnell and was of the Pentecostal faith. Mr. Varnell enjoyed working on cars, watching westerns and spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his mother: Mary Varnell; one daughter: Autumn Varnell of Florida; one step-daughter: Brenda Luttrell of Kennett; four brothers: Frank Varnell Jr. of Steele, Missouri, Bill Varnell and wife Rickie of Half Moon, Arkansas, Robin Varnell of Kennett, Missouri and Eddie Varnell of Little Rock, Arkansas; two sisters: Betty Wilson of Senath, Missouri and Kimmerlee Patton Kennett, Missouri. Mr. Varnell also leaves five grandsons and a host of other family and friends. Mr. Varnell was preceded in death by his father, Frank Varnell. Graveside services will be Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at 11:00am at the Horner Cemetery in Hornersville, Missouri under the direction of Faith Funeral Service of Manila, Arkansas.
