David Golden

Mr. David Lee Golden, 63, of Bay, Arkansas went to the arms of Jesus on Thursday, January 23, 2014. Mr. Golden was born on September 11, 1950 in Trumann, Arkansas to the late Charles Robert and Viola Lindsey Golden. Mr. Golden worked as a brick layer and at Hytrol in Jonesboro, Arkansas and he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Survivors include; his wife of 44 years: Reba Golden of the home; one son: Jason Golden of Bay, Arkansas; one daughter: Amanda Stanley and husband Wiley of Jonesboro, Arkansas; two brothers; Charles Golden of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Allen Golden of Harrisburg, Arkansas; five sisters: Barbara McQuay of Franklin, Arkansas, Rose Boyd of Harrisburg, Arkansas, Brenda Walls of Bay, Arkansas, Darlene Kain of Bay, Arkansas, and Kay Little of Piggott, Arkansas; two grandchildren: Sonny Michael Stanley and Laci Ann Stanley of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and a host of other family and friends. Mr. Golden was preceded in death by his parents; and three brothers: Robert Golden, Donald Golden and Dale Golden. A graveside service will be held at Birdeye Veterans Cemetery on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at 2:00 pm with Bro. Danny Taylor officiating. Lasting memorials may be made to the Children’s Home, Paragould, Arkansas.
