Lisa Renee Day, 53, of Pocahontas, Arkansas passed away on Monday, February 18, 2019 at NEA Baptist Hospital. She was born on February 6, 1966 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to Marvin and Evelyn Reeves Marshall. She was a member to the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Pocahontas, Arkansas and she enjoyed watching the food network and trying new recipes. She loved music, playing the piano, singing and being with her children. Survivors include; her husband of 36 ½ years: James Day of the home; her parents: Marvin and Evelyn Marshall of Jonesboro, Arkansas; two sons: Ryan Day (Stephanie) of Marion, Illinois and Dakota Day (Anna) of Pocahontas, Arkansas; one daughter: Brandi Fry (Dane) of Pocahontas, Arkansas; four brothers: Velon, Scotty, Kevin, and Chad Marshall; one sister: Pam Bunch; two grandchildren: Trinity and Gavin Fry; and a host of other family and friends. She was preceded in death by; one brother: Keith Marshall. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Carroll’s Corner Church of Lord Jesus Christ with Pastor Ryan Day and Pastor Dakota Day officiating. Burial will follow at Louise Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Faith Funeral Service. The family will receive visitors at the church on Thursday at the church from 1:00 p.m. until service time.
