Gwindle Faye Anderson

Gwindle Faye Anderson, 85, of Caraway, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at St. Bernard's Medical Center. She was born on October 5, 1932 in Caraway, Arkansas to the late Jess and Ruth Underwood Woods. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Caraway, Arkansas, and enjoyed reading, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. Survivors include; two sons: Larry Anderson (Shelia) of Caraway, Arkansas, and Jerry Anderson (Gayla) of Lake City, Arkansas; two daughters: Sondra Banks (Robert) of Black Oak, Arkansas and Michelle Dement (Brian) of Bono, Arkansas; two brothers: Welton Woods of Jonesburg, Missouri and Tony Woods of Paragould, Arkansas; two sisters: Sonya Douglas of Oregon and Donna Lovin of Jonesboro, Arkansas; seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; one that was like a grandchild; and a host of other family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by; her husband: Robert Anderson; three brothers: Jan, Ronnie, and Terry Woods; two sisters: Udene Almire and Trudy Woods; one grandchild: Cheri Anderson and two great-grandchildren: Benson Anderson and Raylin Anderson. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 23, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church, Caraway, Arkansas with Bro. Rick Stevens officiating. Burial will follow at the Caraway Cemetery under the direction of Faith Funeral Service. The family will receive visitors on Friday at the church from 12:00 p.m. until service time.
