Debbie Kay Stark, 51 passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett, Missouri. She was born November 5, 1966 in Manila, Arkansas to Henry and Irene Reinhart Fletcher. She enjoyed taking vacations, fishing, camping, and loved lighthouses.Survivors include; her husband: Charles Stark; one son: James Raglin; two brothers: Lonnie Arant (Elaine) of Marmaduke, Arkansas; Thomas Arant of Kennett, Missouri; one sister: Rhonda Nettles (Gene) of Leachville, Arkansas; many nieces and nephews; and her six precious fur babies: Abby, Zeva, Millie, Little Debbie, Peewee and Hart.She was preceded in death by; her parents and one precious fur baby: Paco.Funeral Services will be Monday, February 26, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the First United Pentecostal Church Manila, Arkansas with Rev. Tony Becker and Rev. Bobby Austin officiating. Burial will follow in LuLu Cemetery in Senath, Missouri under the direction of Faith Funeral Service, Manila, Arkansas. The family will receive visitors Monday at the church from 12:30 p.m. until service time. Pallbearers: Calvin Stanley, Clinton Stanley, Dan Stanley, Emmanuel Arant, Wesley Phenis, James Raglan, and Mark Thrasher.
