Jimmie Tanner

Jimmie Ulysses Tanner, 72, of Kennett, Missouri passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2017. He was born on February 14, 1945 in Kennett, Missouri to the late Charlie and Rebel Bailey Tanner. He was of the Baptist faith, loved to hunt and fish, and he enjoyed watching sports. Survivors include; one daughter: Penelope Antoinette Tanner; three brothers: Charles Tanner of Kennett, Missouri, Ellis Dean Tanner of Washington, and Paul Ray Tanner of Ward, Arkansas; three sisters: Elizabeth Thomas of Mahomet, Illinois, Rita Gail Fleming of Ward, Arkansas, and Lana Regina Moore of Ward, Arkansas; and a host of other family and friends. He was preceded in death by; his parents; one brother: Verlon Gene Tanner; two sisters: Patricia Ann Downing and Betty Lou Sailors. The family request private services under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
