Ruby Nadine Vankirk

Ruby Nadine Vankirk, age 70 of Bay, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, February 23, 2017 at the NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Born in Bay, Arkansas, she was the daughter of the late Luther and Ruby Doty Holt. Mrs. Vankirk was a member of the Liberty Community Church of Christ in Lake City, Arkansas and enjoyed fishing and visiting with friends.She is survived by two sons: Charles Vankirk of Paragould, Arkansas and Ira Gene Vankirk of Lake City, Arkansas; two brothers: Howard Holt of Champaign, Illinois and James Holt of Pontiac, Illinois. Mrs. Vankirk also leaves seven grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Gerald Albert Vankirk; two daughters: Sherry Ann Gray and Malinda Sharlene Vankirk; one son: Gerald Wayne Vankirk and four brothers: Billy Wayne Holt, Charles Ray Holt, Paul Wesley Holt and Danny Holt.Funeral services will be Saturday February 25, 2017 at 10:00am at the Faith Funeral Service Chapel in Manila, Arkansas. Burial will follow in the Lake City Cemetery under the direction of Faith Funeral Service of Manila.
