Mary Ogden

Ms. Mary Ellen Ogden, 83, of Wardell, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2014 at NHC Healthcare, Kennett, Missouri. Ms. Ogden was born January 15, 1931 in Phillippi, Tennessee to the late Elmo and Hettie Davison. Ms. Ogden was a member of the Living Word Tabernacle near Holcomb, Missouri and she enjoyed sewing and gardening. Survivors include: two sons: Eddie Odgen and wife Pam of Gainsville, Missouri and Steve Ogden and wife Sharon of Navarre, Florida; two daughters: Betty Jo Kincaid and husband Charles of Beach Park, Illinois and Hope Swims and husband John of Wardell, Missouri; two brothers: Dennis Davison of Bentonville, Arkansas and Johnny Davison; two sisters Wilma Dee Oller of Ashflat, Arkansas and Peggy Burnett of Fayetteville, Arkansas; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. Ms. Ogden was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Troy Edward Ogden; one son: Doyle Ogden; two grandchildren: Leigh Ann Ogden and Chad Dewayne Ogden. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2014 at 2:00 pm at the Living Word Tabernacle with Rev. Bill Ivy officiating. Interment will follow at Stanfield Cemetery under the direction of Faith Funeral Service. The family will receive visitors at the church on Thursday from 12:00 noon until service time.
