Ada Taylor

Mrs. Ada Lee Taylor, 90, of Paragould, Arkansas died on Wednesday, February 19, 2013 at the Green Acres Nursing Home. Mrs. Taylor was born on May 2, 1923 in Yarbrough, Arkansas to the late Lester and Evie Lucy Lee West. She moved to Michigan where they resided for 40 plus years. She was very active in her church throughout the years working with youth and then as the Ladies Leader. She attended Faith Tabernacle in Bangor and later Church of God in Pullman, Michigan. In 2010 she move to Paragould, Arkansas to be near her daughters. Survivors include: two sons: David Mitchell of Jesup, Georgia and Ricky Taylor of North Carolina; two step-sons: Billy Eugene Taylor of Monette, Arkansas and Bobby Taylor of Arbyrd, Missouri; four daughters: Laverne Dunkin of Portia, Arkansas, Shirley Rogers of Paragould, Arkansas, Carol Ussery of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Linda Poe of Olivehurst, California; one brother: James West of Cave City, Arkansas; two step-sons: Billy Eugene Taylor of Monette, Arkansas and Bobby Taylor of Arbyrd, Missouri; seventeen grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends. Mrs. Taylor was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Bill Taylor, three sons: Roy, Jewell, and Randy Taylor; two daughters: Delilah Doolittle and Regina Sirk. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, February 23, 2014 at Faith Funeral Service chapel with Pastor David Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow at Woodland Heights Cemetery, Rector, Arkansas at 1:00 pm on Sunday.

    Grama I wish I could have found you before I found this :( I have been living here in arkansas for a lot of years right in Jonesboro, I love you and I know your rejoicing up in heaven,I can't wait to see your beautiful face again.. I know my papa Bill was so happy to see you and was waiting with open arms? I will see you both again in heaven I promise.. grama I have searched to find you for years, I even went to covert when I went north to find that trailer you lived in but I couldn't find it. I couldn't find Gina or anyone, I still have all the pictures of me in all the pretty Dresses you made me... I love you always in my heart thank you grama for taking care of me I never got to tell you ?
