Betty Lynn Knight, 61, of Jonesboro, Arkansas died on Thursday, April 2, 2015 at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. Ms. Knight was born on November 29, 1953 in Tyronza, Arkansas to the late James and Faye Plunkett. She was a Christian and enjoyed knitting, crossword puzzles, movies, and traveling.Survivors include; one son: Gary Knight and wife Heather of Jonesboro, Arkansas; one daughter: Vicky Knight of Paragould, Arkansas; three brothers: James Plunkett of Bay, Arkansas, Wayne Plunkett, and Daniel Plunkett both of Marked Tree, Arkansas; four sisters: Katherine Baney of Ashflat, Arkansas, Martha Davis of Trumann, Arkansas, Doris Proctor of Trumann, Arkansas, and Shirley Kaye Plunkett of Marked Tree, Arkansas; one daughter-in-law: Rhonda Knight of Helena, Arkansas; twelve grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.Ms. Knight was preceded in death by her parents; one son: Larry Knight; two sisters: Trinia Galloway and Judy Price; one granddaughter: Tracey Pierce; one grandson: Blake Pierce.
