Carolyn Ann Brietz
August 21, 1946 - March 30, 2024

Carolyn Ann Brietz, 77, of Harrisburg, Arkansas passed away at St. Bernards Medical Center on March 30, 2024. She was born on August 21, 1946 in Hickory Ridge, Arkansas to Dallas and Marie (Baucum) Ball. Carolyn was a Christian and was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Harrisburg, Arkansas. She loved children, cooking for her family, spending time with Charley watching game shows, watching the Arkansas Razorbacks, and spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include; husband: Charles Edwin Brietz of the home; two sons: Charles Brietz (Becky) of Paragould, Arkansas and Edwin Blake Brietz (Lindsey) of Batesville, Arkansas; two daughters: Deanna Allen (Andy) of Mountain Home, Arkansas and Carrie Elizabeth Brietz Dail of Harrisburg, Arkansas; fourteen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. She is preceded in death by; her parents; one brother: Dallas Wayne Ball; and one sister: Joyce Ball King. A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Harrisburg, Arkansas with Pastor Michael Utley officiating.

    Loved Ann she always had the most radiant smile and a story to tell. We grew up with her kids and always thought of her fondly. She will surely be missed in our family. So glad to have known you Ann. We loved you.
