Zenobio "Joe" Garcia
March 31, 1954 - March 12, 2024

Zenobio “Joe” Garcia, 69, of Rivervale, Arkansas entered into Heaven through the Golden Gates of Heaven on March 12, 2024 at his home. He was born on March 31, 1954 to Pilar and Paula Garcia in Rivera, Texas. He was of the Catholic Faith. Joe was a master carpenter by trade and always stayed busy trying to help people with whatever he could. If you ever met Joe, you will forever remember what a blessing from God that Joe was. Joe himself made sure to all of us that he wanted no fuss made over him, he wanted to be at home and go in peace talking to God all the way up. He was loved by many people from all over the United States. Joe was such a good man, and he loved so deep that you could see the glow of God shining through him. He once told me that his good Lord has plans for him, so he went to meet up with family and friends at the Golden Gates of Heaven and is no longer suffering in this ugly world we live in today. Survivors include; his life partner of 17 years: Nickie King of the home; one daughter: Andrea Garcia (Daniel Guerrero) of Manila, Arkansas; five siblings; one special friend his precious pet yorkie: “Super Tiny”; several grandchildren both by blood and those that he chose himself; and a host of other family and friends. He is preceded in death by; his parents; and six siblings. Joe didn’t want a funeral or a celebration, but he did ask that we have a party, which all family and friends will be notified of at a later date. Fly high Joe and enjoy your peace and we will see you again at the Golden Gates of Heaven one day. We all know you are dancing with the angels and amazed at how glorious Heaven is. He will be missed every day by many of us, but he will always be a part of our heart.
