Tommy Eugene Stone

Tommy Eugene Stone, 67, of Leachville, Arkansas passed away at St. Bernards Medical Center on January 7, 2024. He was born on April 19, 1956 in Caraway, Arkansas to Ray and Neelie (Merrit) Stone. Tommy was the head of maintenance at the Airforce base in Gosnell and Jacksonville. He was a licensed plumber and electrician and was a very hard worker. Tommy was also a councilman in Leachville. He enjoyed fishing, remodeling houses, helping others, and spending time with his family. Survivors include; wife: Sharon Stone of the home; two sons: Jimmy Stone of Leachville, Arkansas and T.R. Stone of Leachville, Arkansas; three grandchildren: Tori Stone of Leachville, Arkansas, Evia Webster of Leachville, Arkansas, Tommy Stone of Leachville, Arkansas; one great grandchild: Abby Davis; five brothers: Jerry Stone of Leachville, Arkansas, John Stone of Leachville, Arkansas, Larry Stone of Leachville, Arkansas, Clarence Stone of Leachville, Arkansas, Tony Stone of Powhatan, Arkansas; two sisters: Brenda Stone of Leachville, Arkansas and Naomi Brewer of Jonesboro, Arkansas; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends. He is preceded in death by; his parents: Ray and Neelie (Merrit) Stone; two brothers: Carl Stone and Jim Stone; and four sisters: Linda Staggs, Kathy Jones, Gladys Snow, and Barbara Stone. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at the Assembly of God Church in Leachville, Arkansas from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. with a Graveside service to follow directly after at the Leachville Cemetery in Leachville, Arkansas with Pastor Kevin Crider officiating under the direction of Faith Funeral Service. Pallbearers: Mark Thrasher, Mark Stone, Jameson Stone, Bobby Barger, Tommy Stone, Ricky Gallaway.
