Steven Paul Franks, 56, of Osceola, Arkansas passed away at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House on December 12, 2023. He was born on May 31, 1967 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Clifton and Grace Franks. Steven enjoyed fishing, camping, and hunting arrowheads with his brothers. Survivors include; one sister: Virginia Franks of Pocahontas, Arkansas; three brothers: David Bevens (Linda) of Alabama, Danny Franks of Melbourne, Arkansas, Jerry Franks of Alabama; and a host of other family and friends. He is preceded in death by; his parents: Clifton and Grace Franks; and one brother: Timmy Dean Franks. The family has requested private arrangements under the direction of Faith Funeral Services.
