Janice Evelyn Brown

Mrs. Janice Evelyn Brown, 72, passed away Saturday, December 10, 2016 at the Monette Manor Nursing Home in Monette, Arkansas. She was born May 27, 1944 in Doniphan, Missouri to the late Oliver and Eve Malone Hill. She was a member of First Freewill Baptist church in Jonesboro, was a homemaker and was the neighborhood babysitter for many children throughout the years, loved spending time with her family, loved animals and collecting dolls. Survivors include six sons: Jamie (Kim) Brown of Jonesboro; Jerry (Tabatha) Brown of Brookland; Jerrel (Nicole) Brown of Bono; Jay Brown of Bono; Justin (Sarabeth) of Trumann; Jericho Brown of Bono; one brother: George (Sharon) Hill of Jonesboro, Arkansas; three sisters: Gaye Dupree of Ft. Smith, Arkansas; Fay (Leo) Ryan of Pennington, Arkansas; Ava Jane Smith of West Plains, Missouri; thirteen grandchildren, three great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. Mrs. Brown was preceded by her parents; her husband: Kenneth Brown; two brothers: Eugene and Charles Hill. Memorial Services will be Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at 3:00p.m. at the First Freewill Baptist Church in Jonesboro, Arkansas with Bro. Kevin Barnett officiating. Faith Funeral Service, Manila, Arkansas will be in charge of the service.
