Shelia Marie Maulding

Shelia Marie Maulding, 66, of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed away at St. Bernards Medical Center on November 17, 2023. She was born on August 2, 1957 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to James Allen Painter and Ruby Mae (Ballard) Painter. She was of the Baptist faith. She was a daycare worker for 30 plus years. She enjoyed reading, taking care of children, and spending time with her family. Survivors include; three sons: Joseph McCain (Nicole) of Newport, Arkansas, William Maulding (Stephanie) of Caraway, Arkansas, Clifford Maulding of Jonesboro, Arkansas; one daughter: Jessica Childress (Timothy) of Palatka, Florida; ten grandchildren: Landrey, Claire, Adrian, Brittni, Eli, Ashton, Lilly-May, Michael, Layla, Tyler; two sisters: Carol Tinsley of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Evelyn Johnson (Jim) of Jonesboro, Arkansas; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends. She is preceded in death by; her parents: James Allen Painter and Ruby Mae (Ballard) Painter; and two sisters: Sherly Moore and Anna Lee Pfeifer. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Pinelog Cemetery in Brookland, Arkansas with Jerry Thompson officiating under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
