Joel Emory Scarborough, 84, of Paragould, Arkansas passed away at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House on September 17, 2023. He was born on July 11, 1939 in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He is survived by; his wife; four children; one brother; and a host of other family and friends. He is preceded in death by; his parents; and five siblings. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 1, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness with Bro. Alton Hunt, Jr officiating.
