William "Bill" L. Lawman

William “Bill” L. Lawman, 48, of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed away at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House on September 19, 2023. He was born on July 19, 1975 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to William Lawman and Rosemary Cole Lawman. He was a member of the Otwell Christian Church. William was a graduate of Valley View Highschool class of 1993 and of Delta Tech in 1995 with an Auto Services Technology degree. He was an Assistant Manager for Sonic for over 30 years. He enjoyed hunting, watching Nascar racing, working on cars, watching football, baseball, college women's softball, and spending time with his family. Survivors include; mother: Rosemary Lawman of the home; one sister: Pennie Hutton (David) of Jonesboro, Arkansas; one nephew: Hunter Lawman Hutton “Little Man” of Jonesboro, Arkansas; three aunts: Jean Workman of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Mary Lawman of McCrory, Arkansas, and Mary Alice Smith of Fort Walton Beach, Florida; one uncle: Donald Workman of Jonesboro, Arkansas; several cousins; and a host of other family and friends. He is preceded in death by; his father: William Lawman; paternal grandparents: Lawrence and Lilly Mae Lawman; and maternal grandparents: Vernie and Elissie Cole. Pallbearers: Donnie Workman, Matt Cole, David Hutton, Hunter Lawman Hutton, Dallas Benson, and Shawn Booth. Honorary Pallbearers” Otwell Christian Church “CWF.” Funeral Services will be held on Monday, September 25, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at Otwell Christian Church in Jonesboro, Arkansas with Pastor Jim Roberts officiating. The family will receive visitors at the church from 10:30 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow at Otwell Cemetery in Jonesboro, Arkansas under the direction of Faith Funeral Service. In lieu of flowers the family request to make donations to the Ben E. Owens Cancer Treatment Center, Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House, or the Otwell Christian Church.
